At The Unsigned Co, we remember fitting our first actual neon signs circa 2016 for a client in Preston and Cardiff.
The original neon signs look stunning but were very expensive, needed very careful handling and most importantly needed a 'Fireman's Switch' in the close vicinity in case something went wrong.
This led to the signage industry using 30mm block acrylic to give the neon look and the results are truly amazing.
